The history of our house

Our house was built in the year 1380 and was documented in 1412. To this day, the house has always accommodated guests. In the past it was a bakery and a mill. In the old documents, the house was written as "Tafern an der Badbruggen" and was a rest stop for the people who travelled with horses, crossing the alps from north to south.

Since 1705 it is a family property, a important part for the town, meeting point for culture, tradition and community.
Inside you can still see the old original arches and the former bakery rooms are now used as  dining rooms. You can hardly imagine
what these walls have heard and seen.
